THE SOUND OF AMERICA SERIES
The "Sound of America" series features shows that are presented exclusively by the full 17-piece Capital Jazz Orchestra and its Music Director, Clayton "Skip" Poole. These concerts are the foundation of each season that CP Music Productions puts together for its audiences both locally and, when touring, nationally. As the title suggests, this series of shows are primarily focused on America's original art form, Jazz.

The Capital Jazz Orchestra 'Holiday POPS!' show is an exciting annual tradition that highlights memorable musical chestnuts as well as featuring vocalists CJ and Laura Poole singing Yuletide classics. Narrator, Laura Knoy, will recite her unique reading of "The Night Before Christmas" and there is always a festive sing-a-long to put everyone in the Holiday spirit!
